Anglian Water

The Client

Anglian Water is the largest water and water recycling company in England (by geographic area), operating predominantly in the east of England. They have close to 4000 employees, and provide water to more than six million domestic and business customers.

Their problem

Being a large company with many different departments, the client has a huge amount of different processes in place for managing different aspects of their business workflow. Many of these originally involved disconnected Microsoft Office based solutions, that only a few key members of staff were able to access or administer.

Our solution

Devopa have built a large number of online platforms to replace these outdated processes, enabling easy access for everyone via the web. The systems range from department specific information portals, to company-wide intranets.

The Client

FastAnt is a multi-channel marketing communication company based in Leicestershire. They are experts in Direct Mail, Fulfilment, e-Commerce, Cross Media and Web2Print, and provide services to many national and global brands such as Volvo, Converse, and JD Sports.

Their problem

A large amount of their work is based around taking orders for physical items or print on demand requests, and fulfilling them via their warehouses.

Our solution

Devopa have created a centralised, multi branded online ordering platform to aid with this process, alongside a warehouse management system to help with picking and shipping orders. This is in addition to a huge variety of other websites and systems we have created, to fulfil any bespoke requirements their customers may have.

IHS Markit

The Client

IHS Markit provides information and analysis to support the decision-making process of businesses and governments in industries such as financial markets; aerospace, defence and security; automotive; chemical; energy; maritime and trade; and technology.

Their problem

One of the client’s main online platforms is SupplierInsight, which provides news, reporting and data analysis on the automotive sector. This was originally available as an outdated website in terms of looks and technology, with limited functionality.

Our solution

Devopa have since built a number of iterations of the platform, which is constantly evolving to become a more useful product for their customers. It now includes a complex data platform which contains over 75 separate graphical analytics, based on millions of rows of key industry data.

NODA (the National Operatic and Dramatic Association) provide services and assistance to over 2500 amateur theatre groups across the UK.

Their problem

The client was running their business using a legacy CRM product that was coming to its end of support date. They also had an outdated and disconnected website.

Our solution

Devopa have rebuilt both the CRM and the website, so they now work in tandem with one another, cutting down on hundreds of hours of administration work. Together the systems cover customer orders for physical items and event bookings, detailed transactional records that export to Sage Accounting, along with a multitude of other modules that help manage their business.
